Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pkr333 ("pkr333", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at pkr333.cam. • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Registration & Account Management

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on pkr333. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other information requested as part of the Account creation process. You undertake to promptly update your Account information should any details change.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. pkr333 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to protect your username and password.
• You must notify pkr333 support immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Sharing your Account credentials with third parties, or allowing third parties to use your Account, is strictly prohibited.
• Account verification (KYC) may be requested at any time. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restrictions or closure.

Betting Rules & Conduct

All bets placed on pkr333 are subject to the specific market rules applicable to the event or game type in question, as published on the Platform at the time of bet placement. In addition, the following general rules apply:

• Once accepted by the Platform, a bet cannot be altered, cancelled or withdrawn by the User unless the Platform expressly provides a cash-out or edit function for the relevant market.
• Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change up until the point at which a bet is formally accepted and confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed and confirmed at the time of acceptance.
• pkr333 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets offered at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical or human error.
• In-play (live) betting markets move rapidly. Latency between your device and the Platform's servers may result in bets being placed on outcomes that have already occurred. pkr333 reserves the right to void such bets.
• Maximum and minimum stake limits apply per market and may vary. These are displayed at the time of bet placement. The Operator reserves the right to alter individual user stake limits at its discretion.
• Cricket markets at pkr333 — including PSL, ICC T20 World Cup, Champions Trophy and bilateral series — are governed by the specific rules published for each competition. Weather interruptions, DLS method applications and abandoned matches are handled in accordance with those published rules.

pkr333 takes match-fixing and sporting corruption extremely seriously. Any User found to be participating in, facilitating or benefiting from corrupt sporting activity will have their Account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and relevant information reported to appropriate authorities.

Payments & Transactions

Deposit and withdrawal methods available to your Account are displayed within your Account dashboard following successful registration and verification. Available methods may vary based on your jurisdiction and Account status.

• All transactions are processed in accordance with the Operator's payment terms and applicable AML obligations. The Operator reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your Account, or to a method formally associated with your verified identity. This is a standard AML control measure.

• Bonuses are personal to the Account holder and may not be transferred, sold or otherwise assigned to another person or Account.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkr333. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification or any communication with the Operator.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only.

• The pkr333 name, domain name and any associated trade marks or service marks are proprietary to the Operator.

Liability & Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr333 and its Operator exclude all liability for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of data or loss of revenue.
• Interruptions to Platform availability resulting from scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, cyberattacks or force majeure events beyond the Operator's reasonable control.
• The accuracy, completeness or timeliness of odds, statistics, results or other information displayed on the Platform.
• Any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied.

Suspension & Termination

pkr333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• A User is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Operator suspects fraud, money laundering, match-fixing or other prohibited activity.
• A User fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Regulatory obligations, licence conditions or applicable law require the Operator to do so.
• The Operator reasonably suspects that a User is accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

Upon termination for breach, the Operator reserves the right to withhold withdrawable balances pending investigation. Any confirmed fraudulent or prohibited funds will not be returned and may be reported to relevant authorities.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting pkr333 support via live chat. Verified withdrawable balances will be returned to you following standard withdrawal procedures, subject to AML clearance.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your home jurisdiction provide otherwise.

pkr333 does not represent that these Terms are consistent with Pakistani law, or that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan. Pakistani users access and use the Platform entirely at their own legal risk and responsibility.

Amendments to These Terms

pkr333 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Operator will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. The "Last Reviewed" date shown at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
